  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • chili powder - 4 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • tomato sauce - 2 cans
  • corn tortillas - 6 item
  • slices cheese - 8 item

How to make enchilada casserole:

Brown meat and drain off grease. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. In small mixing bowl mix tomato sauce, chili powder, onion and sugar and set aside.

In a 1 1/2-quart casserole put 1/2 of meat, then 3 tortillas, 1/2 of the sauce and top with 4 slices of cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
