- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- hamburger, browned - 1 lb
- can enchilada sauce mild - 1 item
- corn tortillas or 1 pkg - 1 doz
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown hamburger and add sauce and soups. Make three layers of tortillas or crumble most of the package of chips on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Layer meat sauce, followed by a layer of cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
