- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1 c
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- onion - 1 item
- large fryer - 1 item
- Dorito chips
How to make mexican chicken:
Boil fryer in salted water, debone, and cut in small piece. Saute onion. In saucepan mix tomatoes, soups and onion. Heat to boiling. In baking dish, layer Doritos and chicken. Pour soup mixture over; cover with cheese. Pour chicken broth over all. Heat in 375° oven until cheese melts and bubbles around edge, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
