Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger
- grated Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- small chopped onion - 1 item
- small can diced green chilies - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce mild - 1 oz
- soft corn tortillas - 1 pkg
How to make enchilada casserole:
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Place soft tortillas, cut in quarters, over bottom and sides of pan. Mix browned hamburger, onion, soups, green chilies and sauce. Layer in pan with tortillas and cheese on top each. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until bubbly.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
