Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- grated Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- bell pepper chopped - 1 item
- onion chopped - 1 item
- Old El Paso thick and chunky salsa
- boiled whole chicken - 1 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Boil chicken. Debone. Set broth aside. To sauteed onion add soups, sour cream, milk, salsa and half of both cheeses. Salt and pepper to taste. Some may prefer more garlic powder. Grease baking dish. BoilRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
