Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- can bean sprouts - 1 item
- finely chopped celery
- finely chopped green onion - 1/2 c
- egg roll wraps - 1 pkg
- ground beef or 7 oz - 1 lb
- partially cooked cabbage - 4 c
How to make egg rolls:
Brown beef lightly in butter. Add vegetables and seasoning. Cook about 5 minutes in wok or heavy skillet. Drain and cool. Place a heaping tablespoonful in middle of wrap. Spread to half of roll. Roll according to package. Deep fry until lightly goldeRecipe categories: Appetizers, Poultry, Meat.
