Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • soy sauce - 1/4 c
  • can bean sprouts - 1 item
  • finely chopped celery
  • finely chopped green onion - 1/2 c
  • egg roll wraps - 1 pkg
  • ground beef or 7 oz - 1 lb
  • partially cooked cabbage - 4 c

How to make egg rolls:

Brown beef lightly in butter. Add vegetables and seasoning. Cook about 5 minutes in wok or heavy skillet. Drain and cool. Place a heaping tablespoonful in middle of wrap. Spread to half of roll. Roll according to package. Deep fry until lightly golde
