  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • small carton Cool Whip - 1 item
  • crushed pineapple - 8 oz
  • small carton cottage cheese small curd - 1 item
  • small box strawberry Jell-O any flavor can be used - 1 item

How to make pink cloud salad:

Put pineapple, sugar and Jell-O in pan. Bring to a boil. Cool to room temperature. Then fold in cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Pour in a 6-cup mold.
