Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- egg roll skins - 1 pkg
- lean sausage - 1/2 lb
- can mixed Chinese vegetables, drained - 1 item
How to make egg rolls:
Mix all ingredients, except egg roll skins. Spoon 1 tablespoon onto egg roll skin; fold. May use drop of water to seal edges. Deep fat fry until brown on both sides. May also use mixture for won tons. Serve as a snack or as a side dish.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Poultry, Meat.
