Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 3 lb
- slices bread, wet with milk - 4 item
- parsley flakes - 4 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- onions, chopped, to taste - 1 item
- Fry
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- cooking sherry wine - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 3 tsp
- tall tea glass milk - 1 item
How to make swedish meatballs:
Mix together and make into meatballs. Fry.Gravy:2 cans golden mushroom soup1/4 c. brown sugar1/4 c. cooking sherry wine3 tsp. vinegar1 tall tea glass milk Mix mushroom soup, brown sugar and wine for gravy. Mix vinegar with milk; add to gravy mix. Add fried meatballs to gravy mix. Cook about 35 to 45 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
