Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
- onion - 1 item
- cabbage - 1 item
- sausage - 1 lb
- egg roll skins - 1 pkg
How to make egg rolls:
Dice the cabbage and onions. Dice sausage. In skillet, brown sausage. Add cabbage and onions to sausage. Season with soy sauce and a pinch of pepper. Cook all ingredients until cabbage is cooked.Beat egg. On flat egg roll skin with your finger, rub egg on all sides of egg roll skin. Put 2 tablespoons filling in middle. Fold in both ends and roll.
Deep fry in hot oil for 1 minute or until golden brown.
