Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- water - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- eggs medium - 2 item
How to make egg noodles:
If eggs are small, use a little less flour; if eggs are large use a little more flour.Mix all together. Knead until smooth. Roll out thin; cut thin strips. Lay out to dry. Takes about 2 hours.
