Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1 gal
- eggs, separated - 1 doz
- nutmeg - 2 Tbsp
- small vanilla pudding and pie mix not instant - 1/2 pkg
How to make egg nog:
Mix yolks and 1 cup sugar. Slowly add milk while stirring. Place pot on low fire. Add vanilla pudding, 1 tablespoon nutmeg and 2 tablespoons vanilla. Stir and let get good and hot. Do not boil. Beat egg whites and add 1 cup sugar gradually until goodRecipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Holiday, Drinks.
