Ingredients/Components

  • water - 3 qt
  • eggs, well beaten - 6 item
  • soy sauce - 1/3 c
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 9 item
  • finely chopped green onions and tops

How to make egg drop soup:

Bring water to boil in saucepan; add bouillon cubes and stir until dissolved. Stir in soy sauce; return to boil. Remove from heat; add eggs all at once, stirring rapidly in one direction with spoon. (Eggs will separate to form fine threads.) Stir in green onions. Serve immediately.
