Ingredients/Components
- water - 3 qt
- eggs, well beaten - 6 item
- soy sauce - 1/3 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 9 item
- finely chopped green onions and tops
How to make egg drop soup:
Bring water to boil in saucepan; add bouillon cubes and stir until dissolved. Stir in soy sauce; return to boil. Remove from heat; add eggs all at once, stirring rapidly in one direction with spoon.
