Ingredients/Components
- chicken broth - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cold water - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- scallion and top, finely chopped - 1 item
How to make egg drop soup:
Bring chicken broth to a boil in soup pot. Add salt; stir in mixture of cold water and cornstarch. Stir a small amount of hot broth into egg. Stir egg into hot broth.
