Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour
• butter - 3/4 c
• egg yolks - 3 item
• coconut - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• buttermilk - 4 Tbsp
• mashed bananas - 1 c
• pecans - 1 c
• Add flour with soda and buttermilk flavoring, then bananas and nuts and beat well and bake
• sweet milk enough to finish out a cup - 1 item

How to make banana nut cake:

Cream butter, sugar and eggs and beat. Add flour with soda and buttermilk flavoring, then bananas and nuts and beat well and bake. Grease and flour two 8 or 9-inch pans or one 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° until done.Icing:1 small can Pet milk sweet milk (enough to finish out a cup)1 c. sugar3 egg yolks1 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped nuts1 c. coconut Bring Pet milk, sweet milk, sugar and egg yolks to a bubbly boil. Add butter, vanilla, chopped nuts and coconut.
