Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• chicken broth - 3 c
• eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
• dash of white pepper - 1 item
• medium green onion, chopped - 1 item

How to make egg drop soup:

Heat chicken broth, salt and white pepper to boiling. Stir green onion into eggs. Pour egg mixture slowly into broth, stirring constantly, with fork until eggs form shreds.
