Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 3 item
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make egg bake:
Brown the sausage. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, break bread until it covers bottom of pan. Sprinkle sausage over top of bread; sprinkle on cheese. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk and seasoning. Pour over bread mixture. Refrigerate overnight. The next morning, bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Casseroles.
