Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- cocoa - 3 tsp
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- Karo syrup - 2 tsp
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- boxes French vanilla pudding instant - 2 item
How to make eclair cake:
Mix milk and pudding together until creamy. Stir in Cool Whip. Rotate layer of graham crackers and pudding mix until you reach top and then finish with a layer of graham crackers.Icing: Melt butter, sugar, cocoa and syrup together. Blend until smooth and pour on top of cake. Refrigerate until firm.
