  • milk - 3 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • cocoa - 3 tsp
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • Karo syrup - 2 tsp
  • box graham crackers - 1 item
  • boxes French vanilla pudding instant - 2 item

How to make eclair cake:

Mix milk and pudding together until creamy. Stir in Cool Whip. Rotate layer of graham crackers and pudding mix until you reach top and then finish with a layer of graham crackers.

Icing: Melt butter, sugar, cocoa and syrup together. Blend until smooth and pour on top of cake. Refrigerate until firm.
