Peanut butter chip cookies
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- flour
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 6 oz
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- butterscotch chips - 6 oz
- chunky peanut butter - 1/2 c
- salted peanuts - 1 c
How to make peanut butter chip cookies:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter and eggs. Mix well. Stir in flour and baking soda; blend well. Add peanuts and chips. Mix just until blended.Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove right away from cookie sheet and cool on wire rack.
