Butterscotch cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 4 c
• brown sugar - 2 c
• coconut - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• nuts - 1/2 c
• soft butter - 1 c
• cream of tartar - 1 tsp

How to make butterscotch cookies:

Cream sugar and butter. Beat eggs and add. Stir flour, soda and cream of tartar. Add gradually to creamed mixture. Add vanilla, coconut and nuts. Make into a roll and let stand overnight. Slice and bake at 375° for 6 to 8 minutes.
