- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- brown sugar - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- soft butter - 1 c
- cream of tartar - 1 tsp
How to make butterscotch cookies:
Cream sugar and butter. Beat eggs and add. Stir flour, soda and cream of tartar. Add gradually to creamed mixture. Add vanilla, coconut and nuts. Make into a roll and let stand overnight. Slice and bake at 375° for 6 to 8 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
