  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 5 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • powdered sugar
  • container Cool Whip - 12 oz
  • unsweetened baking chocolate - 3 oz
  • small boxes instant French vanilla pudding - 3 item
  • box graham crackers can be any kind - 1 item

How to make eclair cake:

In a 12 x 15-inch pan, place a layer of graham crackers on bottom of pan. Mix pudding, 5 cups milk and Cool Whip. Pour mixture over crackers. Layer crackers evenly on top of mixture. Melt chocolate and butter; take off heat and add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread on top of mixture. Chill at least 8 hours or overnight.
