Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 5 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- powdered sugar
- container Cool Whip - 12 oz
- unsweetened baking chocolate - 3 oz
- small boxes instant French vanilla pudding - 3 item
- box graham crackers can be any kind - 1 item
How to make eclair cake:
In a 12 x 15-inch pan, place a layer of graham crackers on bottom of pan. Mix pudding, 5 cups milk and Cool Whip. Pour mixture over crackers. Layer crackers evenly on top of mixture. Melt chocolate and butter; take off heat and add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread on top of mixture.
