  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • corn syrup - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • boxes graham crackers - 2 item
  • French vanilla instant pudding - 2 pkg
  • container Cool Whip - 9 oz
  • ready-blend chocolate or 2 1 oz

How to make chocolate eclair cake:

Chocolate Mix:2 pkg. ready-blend chocolate or 2 (1 oz. sq.) chocolate, melted1 1/2 c. powdered sugar2 tsp. corn syrup1 tsp. vanilla1/4 c. milk3 Tbsp. butter Butter and line a 9 x 13-inch pan with whole crackers. Make pudding with 3 1/2 cups milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Pour remaining mix over crackers. Add another layer of crackers and top with Chocolate Mix. Serves 20.

Chocolate Mix: Mix all ingredients and spread over top layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate for 2 days before serving.
