- potatoes, cubed - 3 item
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item

- can vegetable juice - 1 oz
How to make easy vegetable soup:
Cook ground beef until it crumbles. Drain fat, then put meat in a colander. Rinse with hot water to remove any extra fat. Place all ingredients in a 5-quart Dutch oven. Simmer until barley is done. Makes 4 quarts.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, One Dish meal.
