Easy vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- dried basil - 1/4 tsp
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- sliced celery - 1 c
- uncooked regular rice - 1/4 c
- beef bouillon cubes - 5 item
- can kidney beans - 1 oz
- cans stewed tomatoes - 2 oz
- frozen green beans - 1 c
How to make easy vegetable soup:
Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in Dutch oven until beef is browned, about 5 minutes. Drain off any fat. Add remaining ingredients, except green beans.
