- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- small box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- stick softened margarine - 3/4 item
- bottle red food coloring - 1 oz
- Cream Cheese Frosting:1 8 oz
How to make easy red velvet cake:
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 325° in layer cake pans for 45 minutes.Cream Cheese Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened3/4 stick softened margarine1 box confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla Beat ingredients together and spread on cooled cake layers.
