  • powdered sugar - 1/3 c
  • whipping cream - 1 pt
  • canned milk - 3/4 c
  • strawberries - 1/2 gal
  • large box vanilla wafers, crushed - 1 item

How to make strawberry icebox cake:

Layer berries and wafers, 3 layers deep in large dish. Beat powdered sugar, egg and canned milk into a syrup and pour over berries and wafers. Whip the whipping cream and sweeten to taste and spread over top.
