Easy peach cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- sliced fresh peaches - 4 c
- sugar, divided
How to make easy peach cobbler:
Melt butter in a 2-quart Pyrex baking dish or casserole. Stir together flour and 1 cup sugar. Add milk and mix well. Pour into butter. Stir gently. Add peaches that have been tossed with remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Do not stir. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
