Quick peach cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- sliced fresh peaches - 4 c
- sugar, divided - 2 c
How to make quick peach cobbler:
Melt margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine flour, 1 cup sugar and milk; mix well. Pour over melted margarine. Do not stir. Combine peaches and remaining 1 cup of sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over batter. Do not stir. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until browned.
