Easy peach cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- melted butter - 6 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- sifted self-rising flour - 1 c
- fresh peaches, sliced - 3 c
How to make easy peach cobbler:
Place peaches in an 8 x 12-inch or 10-inch square baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine flour, sugar, salt and egg until lumpy. Spread this mixture over the peaches. Pour melted butter over the top. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Cobblers and crisps.
