Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- packed brown sugar - 1/3 c
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
How to make cheesecake cookies:
Mix brown sugar and flour. Stir in butter and mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of the mixture and press remainder into an 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg. Add lemon juice, milk and vanilla. Blend. Pour into baked crust and top with reserved crumbs. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°. Cool. Chill and cut into squares. (These keep best refrigerated in airtight container.)
