Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- dry Italian bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make easy meatballs:
Mix all ingredients. Makes approximately 20 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs. Bake uncovered at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.These meatballs combined with spaghetti sauce make a great topping for pasta or they make excellent meatball subs.
They also freeze well. You can double, triple, etc. this recipe.
