Easy macaroni and cheese
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 qt
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- uncooked macaroni
- cheese of your choice - 1 lb
How to make easy macaroni and cheese:
Melt butter in casserole. Pour uncooked macaroni into melted butter. Stir until butter coats macaroni. Cut cheese in small pieces. Add salt, pepper, cheese and cold milk to macaroni. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Do not stir while baking. When finished, it is golden brown and creamy.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Elbow macaroni.
