  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • minced onion - 4 Tbsp
  • can whole kernel corn - 1 item
  • can creamed corn - 1 item
  • Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 item

How to make easy corn casserole:

Mix first 4 ingredients. Heat margarine in 1 1/2-quart pan. Pour other ingredients over margarine. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set.
