Easy coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 3/4 c
• milk - 3/4 c
• egg - 1 item
• self-rising flour - 1 c
• water or milk - 3 Tbsp
• Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
• Topping:1/2 c

How to make easy coffee cake:

Mix together the ingredients and pour into greased and floured cake pan.Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar3/4 c. chopped pecans1 tsp. cinnamon Sprinkle top of batter with brown sugar, chopped pecans and cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Glaze:3/4 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. water or milk Mix together and pour over cooled cake.
