Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- Topping:1/3 c
How to make easy coffee cake:
Mix together and pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan*.Topping:1/3 c. brown sugar1/4 c. flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon3 Tbsp. butter Mix until crumbly and sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.*Double recipe for 9 x 11-inch pan.
