Ingredients/Components
- shredded coconut - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- can cream of coconut - 1 item
How to make easy coconut cake:
Mix and bake cake according to package directions. When done and still hot, poke holes in cake with handle of wooden spoon. Pour over Eagle Brand milk and cream of coconut that has been blended together. When cool, spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with coconut.
