Easy cinnamon rolls
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 4 Tbsp
- chopped walnuts - 1/4 c
- raisins - 1/4 c
- loaf frozen bread dough - 1 lb
- Roll dough out to a 10 x 12-inch rectangle
How to make easy cinnamon rolls:
Let frozen dough thaw until pliable on lightly floured board. Roll dough out to a 10 x 12-inch rectangle. Spread dough with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Mix cinnamon, sugar, raisins and nuts. Set aside 2 tablespoons of mixture for later use. Sprinkle mixture over dough. Roll dough like a jelly roll and cut into 12 equal slices. Place slices in a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Brush tops with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture. Let rise until rolls have doubled in size. Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
