Ingredients/Components
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- large cream cheese, room temperature - 1 item
- large Cool Whip, thawed - 1 item
- ready made graham pie crust - 1 item
- choice of canned pie filling - 1 item
How to make easy cheese cake:
Blend Cool Whip and cream cheese in a deep bowl until smooth. Add juice of lemon and mix just until mixture starts to thicken. Spoon into pie crust and cover with topping. Chill approximately 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Holiday.
