  • vanilla ice cream - 1 pt
  • whipping cream - 1 c
  • rum - 1 oz
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Cointreau orange liqueur - 2 oz
  • Huller strawberries - 2 qt

How to make strawberries romanoff:

Whip the cream. Combine with softened ice cream. Add lemon juice, Cointreau and rum. Mix with strawberries which have been sugared. Serve in parfait glasses. Makes 8 servings.
