Chocolate chip cheesecake

- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 1 tsp
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- butter, melted - 1/3 c
- cocoa powder - 1/3 c
- pkgs - 3 (8
- mini chocolate chips - 1 c
How to make chocolate chip cheesecake:
Heat oven to 300°. In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, sugar and butter. Press evenly onto bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan (may substitute a 9-inch round 3-inch deep cake pan, greased with Crisco). Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add milk and beat until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.In small bowl, toss 1/2 cup mini chips with flour to coat. Stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chips evenly on top. Bake 1 hour. Turn oven off. Allow to cool in oven for 1 hour. Remove; cool to room temperature. Refrigerate before serving.
