  • stew beef - 2 lb
  • carrots, cut up - 4 item
  • dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • stalks celery, cut up - 2 item
  • onions, quartered - 2 item
  • to 4 potatoes, cubed - 3 item
  • 1/2 to 2 cans water - 1 item

How to make easy beef stew:

Mix in large pan and bake 5 hours at 250° covered. I add a little thickening made from cornstarch and water before serving.
