Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 lb
- hard-boiled eggs - 2 item
- Prosciutto - 1/2 lb
- frozen loaves, thawed - 2 lb
- Parma Capicolla - 1/2 lb
- hot salami or pepperoni - 1/2 lb
- form fresh cheese Lamagna - 1/2 item
How to make easter pie:
Roll out each loaf of bread to fit into oblong greased cake pan. Layer meats, cheeses and hard-boiled egg slices. Place other dough on top and seal well along edges. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and brush with beaten egg. Return to oven and bake 20 minutes longer at 300°. Remove and let set at least one hour before cutting.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
