Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- apricot juice - 1/2 c
- capful vanilla - 1 item
- can Carnation evaporated milk - 1 oz
- 303 can apricots drain juice and save 1/2 c
- small box apricot jello - 1 item
- stick margarine 1/2 stick - 1/4 c
How to make easter cake:
Melt margarine; add sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes more, stirring continuously. Add 1 capful vanilla. Pour over cake. Sprinkle fresh coconut and place a few jelly beans on each piece of cake.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Breads.
