- coconut - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- box chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Into a greased and floured pan put coconut and nuts. Follow directions on cake mix and pour over coconut and nuts mixture. Microwave butter and cream cheese. Mix with powdered sugar. Place spoonfuls of this mixture all over the top of cake. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
