Ingredients/Components
- coconut - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick oleo, softened - 1 item
- German chocolate cake mix, made up by box directions - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Spray oblong pan with Pam; spread the nuts and coconut in bottom of pan. Pour cake mixture over coconut and pecans. Cream the cream cheese and sugar together and pour over cake batter. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes. Cake will crack while cooling.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
