Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 item
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- shortening - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour
How to make snickerdoodles:
Heat oven to 400°. Mix thoroughly, butter, shortening, sugar and eggs. Blend in flour and salt. Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls. Roll in sugar and cinnamon and place on cookie sheet.
