- coconut - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- Crisco - 1 c
- egg whites, stiffly beaten - 5 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
How to make italian cream cake:
Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick oleo1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. chopped nuts Cream well the sugar, oleo and Crisco. Add egg yolks, flour, buttermilk, soda, coconut and pecans. Fold egg whites carefully into mixture. BRecipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Cakes.
