Ingredients/Components
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 pkg
- chopped nuts - 1 2
- small bag coconut - 1 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Mix cake mix as directed on box. Spray bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan with Pam. Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan, then add coconut. Pour cake batter over nuts and coconut. Mix cream cheese (room temperature), powdered sugar and melted margarine together. Spoon mixture over top of cake batter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
