E-z lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese
- cottage cheese - 15 oz
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 1/2 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- hamburger, browned - 1 lb
- jar Prego spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- box lasagna noodles - 1 oz
- small onion, cooked with hamburger - 1 item
How to make e-z lasagna:
*Make the night before or at least 2 hours before it will be baked.In the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan, put a thin layer of sauce. Add a layer of dry lasagna noodles, 1/2 of the browned hamburger and onions, 1/2 of the sauce, 1/2 of the 3 kinds of cheeses. Then repeat layers, putting the noodles in the opposite direction. Fill empty Prego jar 3/4 full with water and pour slowly at both ends of the pan until you see liquid has covered all noodles. Cover with foil. Let set in refrigerator.* Bake one hour at 350°. Uncover; bake 30 more minutes. Let set 15 minutes before cutting.
