Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • cold milk - 1 c
  • ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla instant pudding - 2 serving
  • cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
  • can pumpkin - 1 oz
  • graham cracker pie crust - 1 item
  • thawed Cool Whip

How to make double layer pumpkin pie:

Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in large bowl with a wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped cream. Spread on bottom of crust. Pour 1 cup milk into bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. (Mixture will be thick.)
