Double layer pumpkin pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- cold milk - 1 c
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla instant pudding - 2 serving
- cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- graham cracker pie crust - 1 item
- thawed Cool Whip
How to make double layer pumpkin pie:
Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in large bowl with a wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped cream. Spread on bottom of crust. Pour 1 cup milk into bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. (Mixture will be thick.)Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
